申请步骤

1. 从登录 Toki 时使用的邮箱发送邮件至 toki@gleanfar.com，标题填写“删除 Toki 账号”。
2. 说明申请删除账号与云端数据。无需发送密码、验证码或完整支付信息。
3. 我们会核实账号归属，处理后通过邮件回复。没有邮件客户端时，可复制地址使用网页邮箱发送。

发起删除申请 / Request deletion

删除范围

身份映射、云端任务、专注记录、偏好、变更日志和同步操作记录。设备上的本地数据可在退出账号后通过“清除全部数据”删除。

订阅与保留记录

删除账号不会取消 Google Play 订阅，请在 Google Play“付款和订阅”中单独取消。商店交易及依法必须保留的财务、安全记录可能按适用法律或供应商政策保留；支持会在处理时说明适用情况。

Delete your TokiPomo account

No app installation or sign-in is needed to request deletion.

1. Email toki@gleanfar.com from the address used to sign in to Toki, with the subject Delete Toki account.
2. Request deletion of your account and cloud data. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment details.
3. We verify ownership and reply when processing is complete. Without a mail app, copy the address into your webmail.

Data removed

Identity mappings, cloud tasks, focus records, preferences, change logs and sync operation records. Sign out and clear local data separately to remove device copies.

Subscriptions and retained records

Deletion does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. Cancel separately under Payments and subscriptions. Store transaction records and legally required financial or security records may remain under applicable law or provider policies. Support will explain any applicable retention when processing the request.
